My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent and the staff was very cooperative, but they were not ready on the first leg of our tour. However, the cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms were disappointing. The service was average, not very helpful with sightseeing arrangements, and lacked a welcoming attitude. The location was convenient for the airport and had a magnificent lobby aquarium. Unfortunately, the dining experience was below standard, so bad that I opted to eat elsewhere despite it being free.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable in every way, and the back of the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was helpful in arranging sightseeing and offering general guidance. The location, near the Aerocity with a magnificent aquarium, was delightful. The dining experience was excellent, although more options would be appreciated. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel rooms are excellent, and the staff is very cooperative, making the stay comfortable. However, being on the top floor can make it hot, and the room had not cooled down by the time of departure.
